Beware. I ordered products on 12/31/2020 from IG. On January 12th I checked the status and it was still on order received. I was going to just cancel but I couldn’t because they only give you 30 minutes to cancel. I sent their IG page a message asking if they could provide an update on my order. I never got a response so I reached out to IG on the 12th and they contacted Benefits on my behalf. Within an hour or so Benefit sent me an email stating that my item was “shipped and in transit”. I checked on the status for my self and saw that they changed the status to shipped. On January 18th I checked the tracking they gave me and it said “this item has not been received, waiting on shipper to send to usps”. So I called the customer service number and the lady told me that my item has been shipped and it will take 10 business days from January 11th to show up on usps tracking! What? She told me if I don’t see a tracking status by January 25th to call back!!!! Never again will I order from this company.

Terrible, just awful, the worst company I have ever dealt with. Slow, unhelpful, disappointing, just avoid them if you can, I’ll never buy anything of theirs again just out of principle. And they will announce what is inside the box so if you have bought a Christmas present I’d suggest sending elsewhere as they are a bunch of tone-deaf unhelpful unprofessional time wasters

Benefit offers such good and affordable options for people out there interested in makeup and skincare budget products! Always interested to checkout their stand in sephora!

I have bought from Benefit online around 6 times. Each time, I spent around £20-40 and the products arrived within 3-4 days which is fine. Most of these times, it has allowed me to choose several free samples of a product of my choice. The free samples themselves last around a month, (they are around half the size of the original product, worth around £10 each). On one occasion they sent a whole pack of samples which meant I didn’t have to buy any more products from them for months! So far I have only had good experiences of buying from Benefit online.

I recently tried their 'Precisely, my brow' pencil and I loved it. It's really easy to use and the colour match was perfect for my brows - not too warm toned. The packaging is also really charming. You cannot buy directly from Benefit if you're in Australia, but they are stocked in various stores such as Myer.

My order has been pending for weeks, the staff said the authorise fund was holding my payment. So I contacted my authorise fund to cancel it, but they said Benefit company was holding it! The website is also horrible. It doesn’t practical at all. ?♀️?♀️?♀️ Can’t find direct phone number of this company, too.

LIARS!Benefits' homepage on its website currently states "Free shipping on all orders," yet when I try to use the shipping code it has a price restriction. There isn't even an asterisk on the claim--not that that would cover the company legally, because using the words "all" and "everything" are legally binding. This is false advertising and so illegal. I am a copywriter, so I know how bad this is--and it isn't the first time I've experienced this on Benefits' website. I tried to reach out to Benefit twice back in December about unsatisfactory experiences on its website. The first email was afforded a dismissive response, and Benefit didn't even bother to respond to my second email. I have been a loyal customer since 2015. I even tried to get over the issues I experienced in December by shopping again today because there is one product they have that is very unique. But I am done. I am also going to make it my business to turn over the screen shots of their false advertisement to the FTC, since the FTC is always on top of the brand I work for for doing next to nothing. Benefits' carelessness and disregard to laws makes it so difficult to be a copywriter in this industry. PS, there is a dupe for Benefits' push up liner by Maybelline called Lasting Drama Gel Liner. You can get it for a fraction of the cost, too.

Quick delivery and easy website. Only got one free sample, like another review said, but that didn’t bother me. Overall, worth it and I haven’t witnessed anything bad when purchasing from the brand like some other reviews have said they have. I think the process was very quick and a lovely gift!

Can anyone supply a phone number for this company as I genuinely cannot find one on the website and need to chase up my order which has not arrived.I am concerned to read the messages posted here. I have emailed and had an automated reply after my second email was sent , hence I am remaining optimistic all will be well and my order will arrive, so giving three stars at present.

they were very friendly, they made my eyebrows look great, and you should definitely go there if you want the same treatment (:

Products: 5*, Service 1.That's where I am with it. Could not believe - despite all the "Hi, Gorgeouses!!!!!!" QUITE how awful the BeneFit website is. (It used to be OK so maybe something has happened? - Anyway, life's too short to find out about takeovers etc.) Anyway, here's hoping they get their act in gear, because I DID contact them ("Are you aware that you can't check out etc. etc.") without response, and the only reason I didn't give them only one star was because they used to be good. Wound up getting their products on another website, which was brilliant, particularly in comparison.

I love benefit makeup products, I do not have experience with skincare products but its makeup products really good
